Christmas Giving Tree
October – December
Family sign-up
Families register in person at our sign-up events. Paper forms, photo ID, proof of Coffee County address.
The tree goes up
Each registered child becomes a numbered tag on the tree, listing ages, sizes and a short wish list.
Take a tag
Donors take tags off the tree in person, then shop the list.
Drop off gifts
Bring the unwrapped gifts, tag number attached, to any drop-off location.
Pick-up night
Families collect their gifts at the pick-up event. Coffee, cookies and a lot of hugging.
Back to School Drive
June – August
The money drive
We collect cash and checks at drop-off locations. No supply lists to shop, because dollars do more here.
We do the shopping
Volunteers buy in bulk against the county school lists, grade by grade, and pack it all up.
Supply pick-up
Registered families collect a full set of supplies at the pick-up location before school starts.
